C.C.L. was formed originally in Queensland in March 2002 and conducted business as a Textile Manufacturing Company until November 2004 when it began conducting business as a Textile Wholesaler to compliment its manufacturing business.

Imagine Fabrics/C.C.L. was incorporated by Peter and Heather Spooner to facilitate the manufacturing requirements of a small number of wholesale Textile companies on the East Coast of Australia. We later identified the opportunities apparent in a manufacturing/wholesale company, supplying the Accommodation Industry, Leisure/Travel Industry, Aged Care and Healthcare industry with industry specific woven fabrics. Subsequently we now supply large quantities of jacquard woven fabrics and finished textile products to hotel consortiums, Private and Public Hospitals, Caravan and marine Industries.
All Jacquard woven fabrics and printed fabrics are woven and printed in Queensland with widths ranging from 140cm and includes wide widths of up to 280cm, fire retardant – non fire retardant fabrics and also include outdoor fabrics suitable for the Marine industry.
Panel weave designs and graduated designs will be added to our fabric range in the near future, due to the installation of a number of new looms.

Custom Curtains and Linen use only Australian made fabrics utilizing a Queensland based mill employing weaving excellence to the standard of quality that is so well recognized throughout the world from European mills. This ensures our fabrics do not contain any formaldehyde or any other toxic chemicals commonly used as a stabilizer/finish to some other (imported) fabrics.

As a keen supporter of the environment, processes are in place as follows:

C.C.L./Imagine Fabrics are currently implementing a Quality Assurance programme to assist our customers to secure Government projects in the office chair upholstery and office screen fabrics.
Under my leadership as the director we are an established wholesaler of textile fabric label ’Imagine Fabrics” woven exclusively in Queensland.
With 34 years in the textile manufacturing industry I have serviced the hospital and Aged Care sector of the market with the highest quality and service at all times.
